If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days and we can offer you a full refund or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We do our best to send out our doggy products with accuracy and care. If any items are damaged or missing from your order please contact us and we will replace or refund, please email doggyhampers@outlook.com
